Features of the STEMA’s ROCKO Smart and TRIUS Tippers

In the form of the ROCKO Smart and TRIUS tipper models, we offer you reliable and versatile trailers that meet the demands of a wide range of transport tasks. Both STEMA models are equipped with modern multifunction lights, which include reversing lamps, rear fog lights and marker lights for increased road safety. The loading platform is made of steel sheet to ensure a high load capacity and durability and to permit effortless tipping. Robust rubber suspended axles with maintenance free compact wheel bearings and sturdy zinc mudguards round off the high quality equipment.

The ROCKO Smart rear tipping trailer stands out due to its extremely sturdy design. The welded and hot dip galvanised base frame provides longevity and corrosion protection. The tipping platform comprises solid, welded steel profiles and is fitted with robust broad band hinges that ensure a secure connection. For added safety during transit, the tipping platform features a special tilt lock mechanism. The trailer’s front panel is fixed, while the tipper’s side panels fold down and detach on three sides, which facilitates the loading and unloading of materials. Up to eight recessed lashing rings (model dependent) on the platform also facilitate the secure attachment of the load. The ROCKO Smart is available in various configurations, including models with galvanised or aluminium side panels, and an optional electric pump for the tipping mechanism.

As a three way tipping trailer, the TRIUS offers maximum flexibility when unloading, as the tipping platform can tip to the rear and to both sides. Its equally extremely sturdy and secure base frame is welded and hot dip galvanised, ensuring high durability. Numerous cross and longitudinal members guarantee optimal load distribution. On the TRIUS tipper, the side panels also fold down and detach on three sides for easy loading and unloading. The TRIUS is equipped with a hydraulic pump for the tipping operation, and our models with a maximum permissible weight of 3,500 kg are supplied as standard with an electric pump. A main battery switch and a manual emergency pump provide additional safety and ease of operation. The side panels are available in various materials such as zinc, aluminium or 2 mm steel, depending on your individual requirements.
